What is a Notary?
Responsible individuals who can administer oaths or witness signatures on legal documents. A notary public is also sometimes called a loan signing agent or a loan signing notary.
What will I need?
In accordance with state law, each person having their signature notarized must show a valid ( unexpired ) government issued Photo ID.
How much is a Notary?
North Carolina law states a Notary can NOT charge more than $5 per notarized signature.

Where will we meet?
A Plus Mobile Notary will travel to your home, office, hospital, business or coffee shop. Travel fees will apply based on location.
Can you explain my paperwork to me?
A Plus Mobile Notary is NOT an Attorney, therefore by law we cannot give legal advice, guidance regarding your transaction or related documents, or interpret the contents of those documents. Doing so would be a unauthorized practice of law, subjecting us to fines and/or penalties.
Can I sign the document before notary comes?
It depends. A document with jurat wording ( typically an affidavit ) MUST be signed in front of the Notary.
